Aramark Account Manager interview questions

Recruiter reached out.... definitely was energetic and seemed eager with my qualifications and experience. ( 20+ years sales & management) Sent me an 11 page bonus structure plan and it’ was so complicated and lengthy it was very hard to follow. Mentioned she would pass my resume on to another recruiter who handled more of the managerial recruit and said she would reach back out to me...... never happened. I followed up a few days later and sent an email inquiring about process... never heard back from her. It received an interview request from a sales manager...very generic email request with a meeting request... I accepted. Had the interview via Teams ( audio only) went smoothly with the standard fair questions however the call was done over Teams while the manager was driving. I seriously felt I was listening to an infomercial and the manager did not seem to really know anything about my background, my skill sets and I found it odd that you can conduct and interview while driving! I felt the description of the position did not warrant nor match my skill sets. It’s a churn and burn type company and the sales manager eluded to what was “expected” of you as a sales rep however it sounded like a hot box of “hunting” sales and no management nor relationship building. I received a follow up request for a 3rd interview but I declined. .... The salary was very low especially based on my experience level and it seemed the carrot dangle was the convoluted commission and bonus structure and he mentioned that you “had to make x plan to justify your position” the car reimbursement and credit card ability is the big push but the salary is extremely low in lieu of experience. It definitely was a college grad type job.
