A manager who was currently in training interviewed me. He had never worked at Soldier Field. In fact he mentioned he had only just got hired and was there for 1 week. Although I had applied for a supervisor role in Premium catering, he thought I would be a good fit as a, "stand lead". When I realized this position was a serious misapplication of my skill-set, I raised concern and suggested that I should be considered for a position of management or supervisor.

I needed a job on campus, so I applied at the cafeteria. When I turned it in, I was asked a couple questions then hired on the spot. I started working that day. It was rather quick.
