I applied through college or university. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Aramark
Interview
I first met Aramark at a campus job fair where they talked to me about the A2L program. I was sent a link to record myself answering interview questions. A few weeks later, I got an email saying I had been accepted to the program. About a month after that, I got a call from a program coordinator with a specific offer.
The interview lasted around 20 minutes and the woman who I was interviewed by was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The questions were relatively straight forward and she asked me about 5 or 6 questions and then described the program to me in detail.

Interview
I interviewed with their campus recruiting team after meeting with them at a job fair. The interview was very easy to set up and was very non-commital. The interview was held the day after job fair and then there was about a three month waiting period to find out if I was actually going to be offered a position in the program.
