Behavioral based interview, with an HR representative as well as a few of your potential co-workers/ managers. Three tier responses are required. For example, "Tell me about a time you had to resolve a conflict between two employees." The response should include the situation, how you reacted to the situation and the resolution to the situation.

The interview was very easy we discussed what was needed and the chef manager. We talked about my work history and previous jobs that I held. They told me about what it would take to work in a school since I had never worked in a school.
