I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Aramark (Denver, CO) in Mar 2013
Interview
Pretty casual interviewing process. Not a real structured interview, very basic questions about past experience and results. Breezed through the interview and was offered a position before I left.

Question 1
What has been your most proud professional achievement to this point?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aramark (Seattle, WA) in Oct 2017
Interview
Recruiter contacted me after finding resume online. I had industry experience, so I was a great fit for the role. Had an on-site interview with recruiter and General Manager where they asked my former roles and responsibilities and told me more about their company.
I was called with a verbal offer the next day. The position however, is hourly, and the advertised pay rate requires you to work at least 10 hrs overtime every week. Even though most people don’t only work 40hrs anymore, the fact that I’d be required to work 10 hrs overtime every week just to make a competitive salary is a big turnoff for this role.
The company revised their offer to a higher pay rate two days later but I ultimately declined the offer.

Tell me about your past responsibilities. How do you motivate people? What did you find most difficult in your past roles? Etc.
I applied online. I interviewed at Aramark (Toledo, OH) in Sep 2015
Interview
went through 3 interviews with 3 different people. The biggest thing was showing confidence in yourself to be able to do the job well. So show confidence but also be humble when speaking to the people who interview you.
I applied online. I interviewed at Aramark (Tyler, TX) in Aug 2015
Interview
Never got to the face to face interview. I had a phone interview with their HR department. I was told that they would set up the interview and for me to call back. I called back and was given a date and time range that the local manager would call me. I took off from my current job so I could answer the phone and I never got a call. I called HR the next day and left several messages for them to call me. Never got a call. I called the next day and the HR lady acted like she didn't know who I was and didn't care. No apologies for wasting my time, nothing. I really don't want to work with a company that operates like that so I told them I was no longer interested in the position.
