I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Aramark in Aug 2015
Interview
The interview I had was almost 3 hours long. The Production Manager did not sugar coat anything. He told me that the hours will be long and the work environment can be very dirty. He walked me around the plant and explained how everything works and answered every question I had.
The interview that is given with the current GM of Production will generally lead people to accept the job offer that is put on the table. However, with the lack of knowledge with what the job actually entails, as well as the man-hours involved to complete the tasks that are required on a daily basis, will only lead to a major turnover problem with intermediate management, which has been the case for the last year.
