I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Aramark (Philadelphia, PA) in Sep 2015
Interview
Went to recruiting event at my University. Got an email a few weeks later to set up a 30 minute on campus interview. The interviewer just went through my resume and asked me questions. Didn't ask many STAR based questions surprisingly and was interested about just my resume. Heard back two weeks later I made it to the final round interview which is just an online interview where my responses are recorded. Still waiting to have the final.
The interview lasted around 20 minutes and the woman who I was interviewed by was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The questions were relatively straight forward and she asked me about 5 or 6 questions and then described the program to me in detail.

Interview
I interviewed with their campus recruiting team after meeting with them at a job fair. The interview was very easy to set up and was very non-commital. The interview was held the day after job fair and then there was about a three month waiting period to find out if I was actually going to be offered a position in the program.
