Simple behavior base question. Be confident in you answer to the format of the situation what did you do to resolve and what was the outcome. Then they'll give you a tour of the store you're applying for. That usually is a good sign meaning you're a candidate that they want to go forward with

The interview process is quick and easy. There are set questions that are asked based on the position you are interviewing for. The questions are generally what to be expected for any food and bev position. Know food safety and be able to talk about labor management.

The interview process was fast. The called to set up phone screen, a week later I had an on site interview and an offer the next week. The salary was negotiable also.

Interview
First interview with assistant GM for Aramark. Second interview with GM and operations director. Asked simple questions, nothing very difficult. Did not want to offer competitive salary- i was asked what the minimum amount for compensation. I was told that I would be informed either if I were to be hired or not the following week...lol, a completely other person called and offered an hourly position instead. Thanks, but no thanks buddy.
