I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Arcadis (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2024
Interview
The interview process was very casual with less questions. Questions were fairly easy to answer and interviewer was fairly kind with the process. I've generally enjoyed the process of the interview with Arcadis.
Very smooth interview process. The first interview was a panel while the second was a 1 on 1 conversation with a senior engineer. Both asked pretty detailed questions about experience and qualifications. Not many typical interview questions were asked (i.e. strengths/weaknesses, describe a failure etc)
