I was first asked some HR problems and then some questions about technical skills and personalities. But after he knows I'm international students I feel like he doesn't have any interests going on with the interview process.

Campus recruiting, I met with them at my university, was invited for a next-day interview, then was invited for a final round on-site interview. The interview was behavioral, mainly asking about leadership, conflict, and teamwork. They look for STAR format of answers.
