Interview
sent a resume through my university job fair, was invited out to burns harbor indiana to interview. Interviewed one on one with five different people. Hear back from them within a month.
Interview process consisted of 1 on campus interview and 3 on site interviews with 3 different people, mostly managers. All 3 of the interviews will consist of the same questions, just worded differently.
Very good and responsive. Had a couple mishaps with scheduling but overall worked itself out. It was an hour long Skype interview with behavioral type questions. It was very relaxed

3 45 minute back to back to back interviews. Mostly STAR type questions with middle management personnel in the same field as myself. The process was fairly straight forward but also somewhat exhausting.
