Archbold interview questions

I applied for the position online and was contacted a few months later for an interview. I went to the interview and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. My interviewer was very polite and interested in not only my past job experiences but me as a person. We spent about 30-45 minutes talking casually about the position and life. I was informed of the salary and the benefits. I was very impressed at the benefits offered, but not so much about the pay. I was contacted a week later and was told the position had been filled. I asked what was the deciding factor and was told that the other person had more experience than I did.
