I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Arista Networks (Dublin, Dublin) in Jan 2016
Interview
Quick, very professional and friendly. First there was one to one meeting in the company office. Around two hours session with coding and one white board question. Second stage interview was a phone call with 3 people, some theoretical questions and hands on exercises on remote linux server with gcc, preferred console editor and gdb.
There is no unnecessary processes, straight and very technical, engineer to engineer conversations only.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
- malloc implementation
- stack implementation
- binary tree, sum of all elements
- check if string is a palindrome
- function call and what is going on on stack
- some c programs where you need to tell what they do
- memory segments
Pretty good, not too complicated, was comfortable. Mostly LC questions, and was easy enough that you should be able to do it after doing NC150. good luck for the interview!
Starts with online test, then three rounds of technical interviews follow.
Not a lot of discussion, just go straight to the technical challenges which have to be solved in time
I interviewed at Arista Networks (Warsaw, Masovia)
Interview
By now I have had only first interview, that was focused on pure DSA. Despite that I would already recommend checking out gdb, cause it came in handy in my case.
