Initial contact was by a search firm employed by the company. Had a conversation over the phone. Followed by a request for my resume. After a considerable delay, was contacted again and the position was reworked with a new title. Had a good conversation with the hiring manager. A panel interview followed. Offer was extended in a follow up conversation with the hiring manager. The search firm and HR then followed up with official offer letter and details such as professional references and background and drug screenings. Overall a very honest and straightforward process if somewhat extended.
