The interview was given using the STAR method. It is sometimes hard to come up with an answer to the questions on the spot. It sometimes feels like you need to keep talking after you have answered the question because it feels like they are expecting more.

It was a stars interview process, which included about ten to fifteen questions. The questions were basically asking about a situation, and the response should contain how you handled the situation and the outcome.
