I applied online, and received an email about a phone interview a few weeks later. After I was invited to come in for an in-person interview. In general, I am dissatisfied with the interview process. No respose after the interview, which I find unprofessional. I`d suggest changing the accounting test to computer based, so it resembles real life situations.
