Armanino Leadership Development Program Associate interview questions

The interviewer gave me the most vague question possible, and the entire time was spend answering that question. It was the most ridiculous interview I have ever had. It makes the firm look bad when they don’t have questions prepared and just wing it, or when they only have one question that doesn’t quite look for specifics!
