Phone interview followed by an in person interview. Typical questions and was easy enough. Then you shadow a tenured rep for about 30 ish minutes to see how the job is.

Consisted of 2 phone calls (15 minutes or so), 1 interview on site in Chicago a week or so later (3 hours total). Interview was a 30 minute shadowing, then 2 back to back interviews with 2 of your possible bosses. Received an offer two days later.
