Interview
First intro phone call was very basic (background, why I'm interested in Arrive, in the position) but super informational as well. Second & final interviews were combined into one zoom call where I talked with a recruiter and a manager, asked more in-depth questions regarding my background and experience as well as character.
In addition to a regular interview process, they did an assessment on the computer that was fairly straight forward. Overall, they were friendly and communicative during the interview process and laid out everything clearly.

They asked about previous experience within the logistics field, as well as what I would like to be doing in the role.
Easy, understanding, and honest recruiters. Asked about college and your skill set for the role as well getting to know you. Be confident and explain what you did in previous roles and bring resume if you’re going in person for it that’s what I did, you get to shadow someone on floor
Very professional and fair. Asked all the questions that normal recruiters and managers would ask. Great company to work for. Highly recommend working here if you had the opportunity. Great place to grow your brand
