I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Arrive Logistics (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2024
Interview
You first have a phone call chat with one of the recruiters. If they like you, they offer you an interview. The interview must be in-person (I applied for the Chicago, IL location). I’m from MN, so I had to fly out to Chicago. The company offers you a $500 travel stipend for the interview if you need to travel. The actual interview felt very laid back. I wasn’t greeted at the front desk of their office, so I sat in their lobby area for about 10-15 minutes before someone came to get me. First, you are given a quick tour of the office. Then, you “shadow” one of their current employees who is in the role you are applying for—this is about 20 minutes. Finally, the interview itself. The person was very nice and also very laid back. It felt like a conversation almost. Their dress code for their staff is casual, and you are told to wear business casual for the interview.

I was introduced to Arrive Logistics at my school’s job fair and applied shortly after. The interview process included two initial phone interviews, followed by a final in-person interview in Chicago with members of the team.

Interview
My interview experience was very positive and welcoming. Everyone I spoke with was professional, engaging, and took the time to explain both the role and the company culture in a clear and transparent way. I appreciated how conversational the interview felt. it allowed me to share my experience while also learning more about how the team works together. The shadowing portion was especially helpful because it gave me a realistic view of the day-to-day responsibilities of the Client Success Associate role. Overall, the process made me even more excited about the opportunity to join the team.
