Arrow Electronics Intern interview questions

- phone calls - very personal - great conversation - 1st call with a recruiter -asked you broad questions about the job - next interview was with your boss -more personal questions - mine was more of a conversation of what I have done - I would call the 2nd interview a conversation more than an interview which I really liked - The recruiters were very personal and I really enjoyed that about them - They went out of their way to make sure any of your questions were answered - Unfortunately, the internship was cancelled due to covid, but they stayed with me the whole time and kept me in the loop for next summer, and I was offered again

My first interview was with a recruiter, which was average in difficulty including behavioral questions. The second interview was with the hiring manager. This was much more casual and more of a conversation.
