formal, but laid back. No trick questions. They were mainly based on what if situations and how you would handle them if you came across it. the people were not intimidating at all. straight forward questions that were aimed to make you provide examples from other jobs you have had in the past.

how would you handle a difficult customer if they were not being very compliant? and relate this to sometime you handled a situation like this at a previous job
quick and down to the point, did not move forward, they offered below market value which was strange, since they were looking for someone with 5 + years experience and this was not an entry level, but $60K per year now a days you can make more at Costco

You first apply with your CV, then you´ll have a phone call for about 10 minutes and then you´ll get to the interview. The process does take a while ( at least for me it took a while, it was during covid)

Kurze Vorstellungsrunde. Danach wurden über die bisherigen Erfahrungen gesprochen, zudem was man sich selber vom Job vorstellt und welche Vorstellungen das Unternehmen an einem selber hat. Danach wurde darüber gesprochen, wo man sich in den nächsten Jahren sieht, was für Ziele man hat.
