Terrible, I got a call from HR had basic phone interview. Asked about my salary expectations and told me I was on range. Scheduled on-site interview with the manager. Arrived at the day and time and the local HR guy was not there and they asked the manager and he was not even aware I was going that day. So finally he took me into his office and told me that there was a confusion since he told the HR girl I spoke on the phone with that I was overqualified for the job so basically sorry for wasting your time.
quick and down to the point, did not move forward, they offered below market value which was strange, since they were looking for someone with 5 + years experience and this was not an entry level, but $60K per year now a days you can make more at Costco

You first apply with your CV, then you´ll have a phone call for about 10 minutes and then you´ll get to the interview. The process does take a while ( at least for me it took a while, it was during covid)

Kurze Vorstellungsrunde. Danach wurden über die bisherigen Erfahrungen gesprochen, zudem was man sich selber vom Job vorstellt und welche Vorstellungen das Unternehmen an einem selber hat. Danach wurde darüber gesprochen, wo man sich in den nächsten Jahren sieht, was für Ziele man hat.
