I applied for a different position via email. The hiring manager for this department contacted me to see if I would be interested in this particular position. Had a one on one interview with him and he then brought in his lead to interview me. Interview went well. 4 months passed before I received an email that I will be getting a verbal offer. The interview process is extremely slow.

2 interviews only lasting and hour. They were relatively brief and one of the managers was high strung and one was laid back. Best advise is to be confident, it's a good team environment there.
