Arup Graduate Electrical Engineer interview questions

Went my university's job fair. The Arup rep liked my CV and called me to schedule an interview in the next week at my school. At the interview they told me they would tell me in about 2 weeks if I would make to the next round. Two weeks pass I'd received absolute silence. I then emailed the recruiter for an update. He said they were still in the process it would probably take 1 week or two. Another month pass and I've never gotten anything from then. Despite being pretty common practice nowadays, it is still pretty unprofessional in my opinion.

The first stages were two stages of Online Assessments including Situational Judgment, Verbal Reasoning and Written Essay Answers. The next stage was an Assessment Centre (however, this may vary and some may have a telephone interview)
