Arup Graduate Operations Consultant interview questions

Phone interview asked about my motivations and why I’m interested in arup. Also some scenario based questions. The interviewer seemed to reading off as sheet and typing as I spoke which was distracting. Still waiting for outcome however I am in the next stage ‘which is a review from hiring managers’ if i am selected I go to the assessment centre
