Arup Graduate Structural Engineer interview questions

i had a phone interview, two rounds, and then was invited for a final in person interview. the first phone interview was with a general HR person checking basic details from my resume. the second phone interview was with the hiring team.

I applied in October 2017 through an online application. Because I did an internship with them before, I didn't have to do a telephone interview. I attended an assessment centre in December 2018. The day involved a technical exercise where you worked independently for 45mins based on one of the provided scenarios of your choice. This was followed by an interview with two engineers where you discussed the work you produced during the technical exercise. During this interview, I was asked, "Why Arup?" and "Why civil/structural engineer?". I was also asked to do a bending moment diagram for a frame. The next part of the assessment centre was a tour of the office with a recent graduate engineer where you got to ask questions. Finally, you sat in a group of about 6 and discussed a problem in front of 3 Arup employees.
