Multi-stage interview. Final stage is an assessment centre that lasts about 3 hours, involving a case study interview (answering how you would approach a theoretical project) and a more typical interview

Technical exercise - 30 minutes to prepare discussion points on a selection of questions which were then spoken about at the start of the interview. Interview - competency-based questions, why I want this role?

Describe a project when you've had to complete work timely with competing deadlines.
It was a lot more casual than what I am used to. But this was certainly welcomed. Felt the hiring managers were genuinely interested in getting to know you and your ambitions
