I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Arup (London, England) in Nov 2016
Interview
First stage is online application with basic questions asking about why you're applying to the role etc.
Second stage is a telephone interview which had quite a lot of questions. The interviewer gives almost no feedback and solely says 'ok' at the end of questions. Still, it seemed fine more or less. Gave a few scenario based questions which were designed to test you're ability to deal with them effectively.
