I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Arup (Sheffield, England) in Sep 2014
Interview
Friendly and creative discussions. The interview did not exceed 2hrs and felt like more of a discussion rather than a pressurised assessment. The questions were asked in a personable and positive way. It did not feel like an ordeal and left the interview with a good impression of Arup and their interview techniques.
Relaxed informal interview discussing experience to date and personal questions about hobbies and interests.
Interviewers were very friendly and helped to make you feel relaxed and provide guidance on how best to answer the questions (e.g talk specifically about what YOU did).
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Arup (Sheffield, England) in Mar 2022
Interview
Submitted an application form, then got invited to the final round interview after waiting for about 3 months.
Wasn't happy with the long wait between the app form submission and the interview. It's not good to chuck candidates on the back burner.
