I had only gone through the first round with hr, which was in a phone call format for around 30mins. The call was basically confirming your background and interest to the company. They provided responses very quick.
Fair process - initial screening with HR staff and then general / quite casual interview with environmental staff. All people encountered were pleasant. No tricky or overly difficult questions in interview
Took over 5 months to get back to us only to then inform us the internship isn’t happening because of coronavirus and gave no further feedback. Given that the application and interview process took a long time, cancelling the position and giving no feedback felt very inconsiderate of our time.
