I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Arup (Edinburgh, Scotland) in Jan 2023
Interview
Overall, it was quite smooth and structured, but the way they take notes instead of having a conversation makes me feel uncomfortable, but I might be too harsh on them because I was rejected.

Interview
Initial Telephone interview followed by full day in an assessment centre. There were lots of delays between each stage. I eventually heard by email that I wasn't being offered the job. Despite contacting them specifically to ask, I still haven't been given any feedback which is a bit disappointing. The guys on the panel however were very nice.
