Long application, and then heard back from them around 3.5 months after sending the application.
Interview consist of 45 minute technical question.
1 hour face to face interview with 2 senior staff.

Know your bending moments.
I was asked which architect I liked. (I think they were trying to get me to tell them about the architects they are know to work with etc and I just gave a name of an architect they didnt >_<)
Online video interview. Asked to record 1:30 minute responses to 3 questions. Given time to plan answers and re-record if necessary. Questions were very general about why the job offer appeals to you
Applied online in October and then got invited to a virtual assessment centre that happened in December. The online application was pretty straightforward. The virtual assessment centre was a whole day type of thing, it consisted of a technical interview with two panelists, a competency based interview, and then a case study.
