Open conversation about existing experience and current role with two senior members of the team. Questions focused around the company and why I wanted to work at Arup. Kind of got the feeling they were testing the water to see who was out there and not really looking to hire.
The interview process was well organised and professional. The interviewers were knowledgeable and asked a range of technical and practical questions related to structural engineering. The process was challenging but fair and provided a good opportunity to discuss previous experience and problem-solving skills.

First telephone contact and subsequently an online interview with the Head of Structures Department and HR. Introductory and technical questions, but nothing too demanding. Very low salary offer well below the current market.
