I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Arup
Interview
I applied online in october 2014. After one month I got an email that invited me to an assessment session which consisted in a technical problem and an individual interview. The technical problem was easy even though I was a little bit rusty due to I finished my degree one year ago. I passed satisfactorily the technical problem and after that, the personal interview was with two directors of the electrical engineering team. Two experienced engineers. Everything was relaxed and confortable. Really nice talk and with no pressure whatsoever.
