Interview
Relatively straightforward process. Phone screening with HR followed by an in person interview with the hiring manager and a follow up panel interview with 3 members of the team. All questions were general, about working style, interest, why Arup, why the role, etc.

How would you approach a difficult stakeholder you’re working with?
It was a great interview! Both HR and the leader of the team were present. They were SO nice and respectful! It was a great experience, it was one of the few interviews were I felt like they were interested in getting to know the person behind the CV (and weren't just interested in listening to a person talk about their previuos accomplishments).
