Interview
Relaxed and informal. 45 minutes of panel interview, including basic competency questions but requiring a good knowledge of the company's projects and activities. No tricky questions. If you are well-prepared, you can almost certainly perform very well. 1:30 hours of technical exercise which included writing an essay from a choice of three topics. All topics are relevant to the position you are applying for.
The overall process includes the application, a psychometric test, an assessment centre and a final technical interview. The assessment centre includes a group exercise, a case study, an interview and a networking session.
