I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Arup (Milan) in Feb 2015
Interview
I applied through my University and a few months after they decided to contact me.
The interview itself was very calming, not as scary as I was expecting. It simply was a very pleasant conversation without any trick questions. They just wanted to get to know me, and the interviewer made me feel very comfortable.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Most questions were regarding my CV. They wanted to get an overall view of the type of person I was, my skills and experience.
It was really smooth and they were really personable. They also were really on top of the hiring process, I only waited a week or two to hear back in between stages starting from the first video recorded interview.
Two interviews with people on the team. not super hard. all behavior and no technical questions. Not a lot of time between interviews which was nice - didn't have to wait for that long.
completed virtual interview asked me to tell them about myself/experience, why I want to work at Arup, my graduation date, if I am eligible to work, if I will be available for the posted date.
