After applying I heard back a few weeks later to complete the interview process, which involved various competency tests and recorded interviews. These were relatively concurrent and then led to a couple of weeks in response time.

I was asked to talked about my portfolio online via screen sharing through their website, followed by general questions about myself and more specifically about the process of my thinking and decision making.
