The call from the HR is random, without prior communication and background, after application was submitted over 1 months. One round of interview with the hiring manager, the experience was pleasant, and more on the past project experience and understanding of the industry. However, completely ghosted without reply even with follow-up emails to check status. Overall unprofessional hiring process, at least on the HR side.
