I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Arup (Solihull, England) in Jul 2016
Interview
I did initial phone interviews with the recruiter and then was invited for an interview in the Solihull Office with the senior planner of the rail team and the rail leader. The process took about 1.5 hours and it was a somewhat relaxed setting, but it seemed like the role was just a thought and that if they were to hire anyone, it would be the first person to ever come into the company ad a trainee planner.
