Asana Customer Success Manager interview questions

Many rounds with many people, but very structured and didn't get asked the same questions. People were nice and smart but there was an air of "why do you deserve to be here" in pretentious way. Didn't hear back from the recruiter for a month, was strung along. Assumed it was because I might have been a backup and they were waiting to see if the main candidate they wanted accepted. However, was rejected with a quick voice mail and had to ask several times for feedback. Feedback was vague and along the lines of "everything was great in all areas but we liked someone else better" - honest but not constructive.
