Interview
There was a 60-minute coding challenge, and then a phone interview with an engineer at Asana. The engineer I talked to was very nice and we worked through the problem together and he made it easy for me to share my thoughts, ideas and guided me through the question.

Very straightforward process with a codesignal followed by a coding round, then an onsite with a system design then behavioral interview. Questions were leetcode focused but generally easy to find online

several interviews and all super difficult for an internship level. The expectations is that you are a very seasoned junior, not a student. Friendly interviewers but the technical components is quite challenging.
