I applied online. I interviewed at Asana (USAR Center, NC) in Jan 2023
Interview
The interview was smooth and focused primarily on my previous experiences and skills in organization and data analysis. The recruiter started by asking about my professional background, so I shared my experience in content creation, feedback analysis, and campaign optimization. She seemed very interested in how I approach problem-solving and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
We also discussed the company's expectations for the role, especially my ability to work independently in a remote setting. I highlighted my attention to detail and my experience using project management tools, which I think aligned well with the responsibilities. Overall, it was a positive conversation, and I felt that my background and skills matched their needs.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Asana (London, England) in Sep 2023
Interview
I did two rounds of an interview and then was invited for a third, and then told they had other candidates they wanted to move forward with instead. I wish they had not gotten my hopes up about another interview. Overall, the interview was fairly standard, asking for feedback about how I had approached product marketing previously and about my experiences at other companies.
