Interview Experience — Very Disorganized Process
My interview process was quite disappointing and poorly managed.
It started with a phone call with a US team member who currently works in Operations (not Recruiting). After that, I had two panel interviews and a quick onsite interview, followed by a final interview with the Recruiting Manager.
However, after the final interview, I received no response for almost three weeks, despite following up multiple times. Eventually, they reached out asking for an additional interview that was not originally planned. I shared my availability, but soon after, they told me they had decided to move forward with another candidate.
I had applied in May, but my first call didn’t happen until late August, and there was no dedicated recruiter managing my process throughout.
Overall, it was one of the worst interview experiences I’ve had. I understand that hiring pauses or timeline adjustments can happen, but the lack of communication and transparency made the entire process very frustrating.
