Interview
You have to speak to a lot of employees. In my case six different people. I didn't feel welcome. Most of the time they were asking about problem solving and too less about my role in the company.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. How do you solve problems?
2. How did you solve problems in the past?
3. What was a very difficult problem in the past?
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Asana (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
I have applied for a position in Dublin, Ireland. Sent CV, received an email with date for a Skype interview, next was phone interview with one of the managers which was good, next I had an interview onsite in Dublin office which was very long approx 6 hours with different people. Questions were repetitive and i got an impression that one of the girls who was interviewing me wasnt happy that the company hires new person as from what she was saying she was best at it and no-one would be able to do the job as good as her. Anyway process was smooth, Great communication with US team, Dublin office is trying to be Asana but unfortunately they are not.
