This company dropped the ball multiple times throughout my interview processing, lazily skipping over multiple steps in the process and claiming they would just move me on to next steps without communicating much at all with me. We also had to reschedule interviews multiple times because they failed to show up at the slotted times.

Question 1
The company only followed through with 2 technical interviews, so I was not able to go through any of the behavioral interviews. Questions were relatively easy. First interview (Design), the question was abstract and large, so emphasis was on comprehending the goals of a task, asking the right questions, and building a general framework for implementation (not much coding). Second interview, the question was about implementation of a large system (object-oriented). Focus was on modularity.
it was a standard interview process, total of 3 rounds. First was behavioral, second was technical assessment, third was a mixture of both. Technical assessment and OA were on the easier side.

Sucks because they specifically recommended that we wait until after the interview prep Zoom to interview, but everyone who scheduled an interview after got canceled.
