Asana Software Engineer interview questions

Had the same experience as what one of the candidates mentioned below. I'm a bit flummoxed as it seems like my answers to the code screen were correct, but they said it was wrong or that I solved the wrong problem. I also tested the solution for the second problem, but they said I solved the wrong problem. I forgot to save the questions with exact wording, but I would recommend applicants to save the questions (for personal use, to double check if their answers are actually incorrect)

Standard interview process: coding round, recruiter screen, phone interview and onsite. The coding round was easy enough but they don't use a platform and expect you to submit a plain text document and they don't let you validate against the format of output they were expecting. The technical phone interview was complex but doable. They really care about how you think. I liked this part and the engineer was good. The recruiter was amazing with feedback and in scheduling my onsite interview with necessary accommodations. Now for the onsite interview which essentially made me feel bitter. It was all so nice until then. I've given a lot of interviews and even if I didn't get the offer I felt that the other companies I interviewed at respected the candidates but not Asana . The minute I entered the office, (it looked like not many were there yet) I was greeted by an employee and instead of just pointing me to where I had to wait he mentioned "If you get in, this is a great place to work" I found that odd and kind of annoying as he could have just said "This is a great place to work" instead of mentioning the part of "If I could get in". Post that I had 3 rounds of interviews with one round being a written coding test and being quizzed on my answers with 2 interviews. One of them was nice while the other wasn't friendly in the least. During lunch you get to meet people who worked there and I got the sense that everyone felt self-entitled, and felt they were "making the world a better place" so was not really sure I liked it. Post lunch there were some interviews and after I was done the recruiter walked me out and informed me in a day that I didn't get through. Every other company I interviewed at were pleasant experiences, from the get go of the onsite Asana just seemed like a place with people who thought they knew everything.
