The first interview is virtual with the recruiter mostly just discussing interest and scheduling an interview with the hiring supervisors. The interview with the hiring supervisors had standard questions and mostly was about adjectives to describe yourself and such.

I had two phone interviews and one in person interview. Asked about experience and personality characteristics. The interviews took about 10 minutes each - very generic questions. Allowed me to ask plenty of questions
