A recruiter contacted me after placed an application. She had a 15 min phone interview with me and then placed me in contact with the floor manager for a 30 min video interview. She asked basic interview questions and was very informative. After that an offer was made and the hiring process was started the entire process took several weeks.
super easy, good flow, not so tough questions. They were very supportive during the interview process. Just type up and reherse your lines of why choosing the field/department/specialty and your good traits.
The nurse manager who interviewed me was friendly and made the process less stressful. I was worried about the process, but it was not bad. She asked questions about my background and experience and explained the job to me.

The interview process was very prompt and everyone I talked to was amazing! They were easy to talk to and answered any questions I had. Very prompt and easy to get ahold of via email and calling.
